KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A new backyard furniture set is on its way back to Kansas City after a local police Sergeant made his debut on the Price is Right.

Scott Ladish from Kansas City, Kan., Sergeant with the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department, appeared on the Price is Right Friday morning, Feb. 23, on KCTV5.

He was called to “come on down” at the beginning of the show. Eventually, he bid closest without going over and got to play “The Check Game” with host Drew Carey, winning a backyard furniture set.

He moved on to spin the big wheel, giving shout-outs to his wife Carla who was in the audience, his children, and colleagues on the KCKPD CSI team. Unfortunately, his spins added up to over $1.00 and his time on the show was over.
