Here’s how to get tickets to the Current’s run in the NWSL quarterfinals in KC
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Tickets for a historic NWSL quarterfinal at the nation’s first stadium built for women’s sports are set to go on sale soon. Here’s what fans need to know.
The Kansas City Current has announced that tickets will be available for sale to the general public for the club’s historic quarterfinal match beginning Monday, Nov. 4. Season Ticket and Current Club members do not need to wait as these tickets are immediately available to them.
Club leaders noted that a limited number of tickets for the Quarterfinal match at CPKC Stadium are set to go on sale at 11 a.m. on Monday. The historic first season in Kansas City with each home regular season game having been sold out - a trend likely to continue through the playoffs.
Current officials indicated that the quarterfinal match presented by Google Pixel is set to take the pitch at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9. The match will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+. The match schedule is as follows:
- NWSL Quarterfinals: Friday, Nov. 8-Sunday, Nov. 10
- NWSL Semifinals: Saturday, Nov. 16-Sunday, Nov. 17
- NWSL Championship: Saturday, Nov. 23 – 7 p.m. CT at CPKC Stadium
The team’s final match of the regular season is also set to take the pitch at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, as the Current takes on the Chicago Red Stars in Bridgeview, Illinois.
