KU’s Bryce Cabeldue selected by Seahawks in 6 round

LAWRENCE, Kan. (KCTV) - Another Kansas Jayhawk offensive lineman is on his way to the National Football League.
On (DAY), KU offensive lineman Bryce Cabeldue was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks with the 192nd overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Cabeldue, a 6-foot-6, 315-pound lineman, started 47 games on the Jayhawks’ offensive line from 2020 through 2024.
In 2024, the Clovis, New Mexico, native was an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention selection.
Cabeldue was part of some KU offensive lines that helped the Jayhawks be one of the nation’s best rushing attacks in college football. In three consecutive seasons, he blocked for running back Devin Neal en route to a 1,000-yard season.
