Performs housekeeping and cleaning activities in assigned areas according to established standards.
Infant Teacher
Responsible for upholding the Lakeview Village Child Development Center’s (CDC) educational philosophies and goals by forming appropriate relationships with staff and families, providing guidance for the children, and providing overall management to the assigned classroom. Provides a warm, nurturing environment where families feel welcomed and loved.
LifeCare Counselor
Represents Lakeview Village to prospective and current residents, their families and advisors, and the community as a whole. Effectively communicates the holistic benefits of the senior community at Lakeview and the financial benefits of the Lakeview LifeCare program.
Medical Records Coordinator
This position is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, organizing, and administering the medical records systems of the community.
Rehab Positions: Occupational Therapist Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist
Lakeview Village Home Health focuses on the senior population located in Lenexa, Kansas and provides services in Johnson, Wyandotte, Miami, and Douglas counties. The Case Manager – RN is assigned to a territory working with a team of therapists to meet the needs of the clients being served; coordinates the overall interdisciplinary care plans for home health patients from admission to discharge; and acts as the liaison between patient, family, and homecare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively.
The right candidate will have a passion for providing quality care, experience working in Home Health or Case Management with an insurance company, and an RN license in the state of Kansas. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is also required. Apply here: Lakeview Village Openings
