KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - It’s time for posteason hockey, and Kansas City’s hockey team has advanced to the next round of the playoffs.

After finishing off the Tulsa Oilers in six games in Round One of the Kelly Cup playoffs on Monday, the Kansas City Mavericks moved on to the Second Round — the Mountain Division Finals — where they will take on the Tahoe Knight Monsters.

The puck drops at Cable Dahmer Arena at 4:05 p.m. on Sunday. If you are unable to attend in person, the game will air on KSMO-TV.

NOTE: Due to league broadcast rules, Game Two of the series will not air on KSMO-TV.
