KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are opening their much-ballyhooed restaurant this summer in downtown Kansas City.
1587 Prime, a combination of their two jersey numbers, will be a steakhouse inside the Loews Hotel Kansas City hotel at 1500 Baltimore Avenue, near West 15th Street and Broadway Boulevard.
The restaurant had three job openings listed: executive chef, operation manager and bar manager.

Noble 33 and the team involved in designing the new restaurant released some key details about what customers will experience when they walk inside.
The restaurant’s street-level entrance is designed to resemble walking through a stadium tunnel. The tunnel will lead customers to the host stand and a 10-foot-wide display featuring refrigerated meat.
The floor will feature brass markers in the floor to mimic yard lines that are normally found on a football field.
Customers will also likely notice small tributes to the Kansas City Chiefs throughout the space. There will be red marbling details on tabletops in the main dining area. Artwork featuring deconstructed footballs will also be featured throughout the restaurant.
There will also be a private entrance for VIPs.
